The iiyama ProLite T1721MSC-B2 is a 17" large format touch screen monitor with a TN panel and a resolution of 1280×1024 pixels. Touch technology
The screen uses projected capacitive touch technology, which detects touch through a glass layer. This solution supports control by finger, latex glove, or stylus. The surface glass has a 7H hardness rating, which increases its scratch resistance. The front of the display meets the IPX3 protection rating, meaning it is protected against spraying water. For easy maintenance, it offers a function to temporarily switch off the touch layer.
Flexible positioning
The display has a stable stand that allows for smooth tilt adjustment. The user can tilt the screen up 70° and down 10°. This versatility makes it easy to find the optimal angle for interaction or content presentation. For alternative installation methods, the rear has VESA mounting points with a 100×100mm spacing.
Controls and connectivity
The control buttons for accessing the OSD menu are on the back of the panel. This prevents unwanted changes to settings by customers or the public. The menu also offers a function to completely lock the OSD and the power button. Connection to the image source is provided by a digital HDMI input and an analogue VGA input. The touch control connects via a separate USB cable.
