It also undergoes very demanding tests, one of which is the Drop Ball Test, where the glass must withstand a 65-gram steel ball dropped from a height of 60cm at least 3 times without damage. The glass has 2.5D rounding – it blends in better with the tablet and is more pleasant to the touch.
