Arlo Ultra 2 Outdoor Security Camera (VMC5040-200EUS) is a powerful outdoor IP camera with 180° angle of view that reliably secures your house, garden, garage, etc. The camera shoots high quality colour HDR videos in high resolution up to 4K, both day and night. There is a dual motion detector, auto focus function, speaker and two built-in microphones for two-way voice communication. Arlo Ultra 2 is also equipped with a spotlight and a smart siren that can ward off uninvited guests. The camera has a durable design with an IP65 rating and is powered by the included battery, which is recharged via a magnetic cable. For the camera to work properly, it needs to be connected to the SmartHub controller, which is not included.

Arlo Ultra 2 shoots videos up to 4K resolution
The Arlo Ultra 2 IP camera has a very wide angle of view (180°) and records high-quality, high-contrast videos in 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 px), where you can easily see every colour and detail. There's also a 12x zoom lens that makes it easy to zoom in on any part of the frame. Advanced night vision technology then allows you to shoot high-quality videos even in twilight or darkness. To store video files, use cloud storage, or you can use Micro SD card (you need to own a base station or SmartHub).
Built-in spotlight and smart siren
Use the Arlo Ultra 2 IP camera to protect your property from a variety of threats, including vandals and thieves. If the camera detects motion, the integrated spotlight lights up and focuses on the source of the motion. You can then also use the built-in smart siren to scare away intruders, which can be triggered automatically when motion is detected or manually using the Arlo app. The camera has two motion sensors and allows precise demarcation of monitored zones, reducing the risk of false alarms.
Arlo Ultra 2 enables two-way voice communication
With two built-in microphones and a speaker, the Arlo Ultra 2 IP camera can also be used to communicate directly with people in its immediate vicinity. Using the Arlo mobile app, you can simply pass on instructions to the postman or tell a potential thief or vandal that you already know they are on your property. There is also ambient noise and wind cancellation technology to ensure good audibility in all weather conditions.

Thanks to the 100% wireless design and the included flexible wall mount, you can easily install the camera in a designated location to efficiently occupy the desired space. The camera is powered by a battery that lasts up to 6 months and can be conveniently recharged using the included magnetic cable. A solar panel (not included) can also be used as an alternative charging source.
Easily integrate the Arlo Ultra 2 into your smart home
Convenient setup and control of camera functions, including the ability to watch live streams and receive notifications, is made possible by the Arlo mobile app, available for free for both iOS and Android. IP Camera Arlo Ultra 2 is also compatible with Apple HomeKit, Samsung SmartThings, Google Home and IFTTT, so you can easily control it with your favourite smart devices, for example, with Apple Watch. There's also support for Google Assistant Siri or Amazon Alexa.
