Arma 3: Laws of War - PC Digital

Humanitarian aid
Arma 3: Laws of War PC is an expansion that brings a new perspective on conflict to the game, focusing on the humanitarian aspects of war and the laws of armed conflict. You will learn about the work of the International Development & Aid Project (IDAP), which provides humanitarian aid in war-affected areas.

Unexploded ordnance
Part of the Arma 3 expansion: Laws of War PC is a unique campaign called Remnants of War, where you will find yourself in the role of an IDAP worker who explores the impact of military operations on civilians. The main new feature is the addition of mines and unexploded ordnance (UXO), challenging you to safely clear these dangerous remnants of war.

Replace soldiers with civilians
DAP also introduces new gameplay elements such as humanitarian vehicles, drones, medical equipment and a mortar for creating smoke screens. Arma 3 expansion: Laws of War PC thus brings more peaceful and civilian aspects of war compared to other packages focused more on combat actions.

OREOKASTRO
Experience a single story from multiple perspectives
During an interview with an investigative journalist, a story begins to unfold that reveals the tragic events taking place in the town of Oreokastro. Throughout this engaging dialogue, you will immerse yourself in the investigation and gradually unravel the complex background to a conflict that has had devastating consequences for the local population and the parties involved. In flashbacks that span across several time periods, you will experience these events from the perspective of different characters. You'll find yourself playing the role of soldiers, civilians, and even aid workers, allowing you to see the conflict from many different angles. Gradually, hidden truths about what really happened in the city are revealed, and how individual events are intertwined with the wider context of the war.

SUPPLY
Transport people and cargo
IDAP's humanitarian work uses the new multi-purpose van found in Arma 3: Laws of War PC available in over twenty different designs, each with a unique decal. The vans are equipped to carry both people and cargo, which is crucial when supplying affected areas or evacuating civilians from danger zones. In addition, there is also a special version in the form of ambulances that provide medical support in crisis situations. These vans are an indispensable IDAP resource for efficient and rapid assistance in the field.

DRON
Mine the area with a drone
IDAP has a new utility drone that significantly streamlines humanitarian operations. It enables fast and accurate transport of cargo and supplies to hard-to-reach locations, greatly speeding up the distribution of aid in crisis areas. For demining operations, IDAP uses a specially equipped variant of this drone, which is equipped with technology for detecting and defusing unexploded ordnance. Thanks to these drones, IDAP can safely operate in mined areas, contributing to the protection of civilians and humanitarian workers and ensuring more effective deployment of rescue and reconstruction missions.

MINY
With a drone, you set up a mini against enemies
The APERS mine scatterer is a weapon system designed to rapidly deploy anti-personnel mines with the primary objective of blocking or denying access to a specific area to enemy forces. Although militarily effective, its use is highly controversial because booby-trapped mines can pose a threat long after a conflict has ended. This system is often deployed in impasse situations when other options fail. The devastating impact of APERS mine dispersal, especially on civilians, often lasts for years after the fighting ends.

EXCITEMENT
Build your own equipment
As part of the DLC Arma 3: Laws of War PC features a variety of gear to make your job easier in dangerous conditions. Key pieces include a variety of safety vests to increase protection in the field, practical shoulder bags for quick access to equipment, and protective helmets. Hearing protectors and safety glasses are also available to help protect you when working in harsh environments. This new equipment ensures not only greater safety but also more efficient work in the field. In addition, the DLC adds additional content such as time trials for the new vehicle and drone, rescuer outfits and training mines.

FEATURES
Dispose of unexploded ordnance, print leaflets
Cluster strikes now deliver significantly more devastating effects on the battlefield thanks to improved simulation of cluster munition dispersion and impact. These munitions may not always explode on impact, making them difficult to detect and safely clear. Improved mine identification and clearance processes, which now rely more on manual skills and the use of mine detectors, are contributing to this. Another innovation is the ability to drop information leaflets by drone, which enables the dissemination of messages and information among the civilian population. Create your own flyers and incorporate them into your scripts. The LOAC laws of armed conflict are also an important part of the new content and are newly integrated into Arma 3: Laws of War PC through the field manual and sandbox modifications.

DECORATION
New scenery and soundtrack
The Laws of War DLC for Arma 3 brings two new scenarios that introduce you to the IDAP faction and the Law of War theme. In the first scenario, you will see the IDAP Days at Altis, where you will meet the NGO's humanitarian aid activities. In the second scenario, you will take part in a training course on the law of war and procedures for protecting civilians and limiting damage in conflict. The IDAP faction is equipped with a number of emergency and medical supplies such as food boxes, water bags, blankets, stretchers and other essential equipment for humanitarian operations. The DLC also includes new decorative objects such as tents, furniture and fences that can be used to create custom scenarios. The atmosphere is complemented by a new official soundtrack.
