ASUS H81M-R
The ASUS H81M-R motherboard, with the Intel H81 chipset, is particularly suited to office and less powerful assemblies. Supports Intel's 4th generation processors with the Socket 1150. Two Dual-channel supported slots are available for DDR3. The PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slot is available to plug in the graphics card. The 8-channel Realtek ALC887 audio chip is what creates the production of sound. In addition, the board is equipped with an EPU chip, which is a power saving chip that you can activate in AI Suite 3. After activation, optimize your system's power consumption by automatically recognizing your current PC usage and intelligent power consumption settings.
In terms of connectivity, the board is adequately equipped. Allows you to connect 2 devices via USB 2.0, and 2 via USB 3.0. If you have a wardrobe with other USB outputs, you can connect them directly to the motherboard to add another 4 USB ports. The latest technology also uses hard disk drive connectivity by offering two SATA III connectors up to 6 Gb/s to provide better scalability, faster data retrieval, and double bandwidth than SATA 3 Gb/s.
The originally-developed UEFI BIOS, which can be controlled with the mouse, offers a wealth of setup options, whether it's a boot device priority, or RAM. The board features an iControl network bandwidth management feature. Among the included software, you can find, for example, AI Suite 3, which lets you manage the board power, control cooling, noise levels, and change the processor with one click.
