The Banquet EXCELLENT cast iron roasting dish is made from solid cast iron, which conducts and retains heat exceptionally well. Thanks to cast iron's properties, food cooks evenly. The total volume of 7 litres consists of a 4-litre dish and a 3-litre lid, which you can also use as a separate pan. The roasting dish works on all types of hobs, including induction, and is also suitable for oven baking.

Versatile use in the kitchen
The Banquet EXCELLENT roasting dish consists of two parts. The lower 4-litre dish is for roasting and stewing. The upper part, with a 3-litre capacity, functions as a lid. It includes a lid that can be used as a separate pan, on which you can prepare food directly on the hob. After initial seasoning with oil, the inner surface gains natural non-stick properties.
The roasting dish is not suitable for dishwashers.
