The BRAUN BST 200EE non-contact thermometer is used to measure body temperature on the forehead and in the sleep of children and adults in a measuring range from 34 to 42 °C with a deviation of ± 0.2 °C. The measurement is non-invasive and does not disturb even during sleep. The measured values are displayed in colour resolution on a clear LCD display. Intuitive operation is complemented by a fast measurement time of up to three seconds. The protective measuring cap protects the sensor from damage during storage and transportation. Power is provided by 2× AAA batteries.

TempleSwipe technology ensures fast and accurate body temperature measurement. The principle consists of capturing the heat radiated from the sleeping area, based on which the temperature equivalent to the temperature in the oral cavity is subsequently calculated. Contactless measurement does not disturb sleep.
