The DJI Air 3 drone boasts two primary cameras—a wide-angle camera with a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor and a large 1/1.3" CMOS camera with 3× zoom. Both cameras have the same sensor size but different focal lengths, so you can look forward to consistent image quality and more dynamic imaging options. With the wide-angle camera, the drone better captures expansive landscapes, while the 3× zoom telephoto camera provides spatial compression with a unique perspective from any angle. Both of the DJI Air 3 drone's cameras support 10-bit D-Log M and 10-bit HLG colour modes.

The drone's battery provides up to 46 minutes of flight time, which is 48% more than the previous generation. This gives you plenty of time to explore, adjust compositions and get great shots. An omnidirectional vision system ensures the DJI Air 3 drone's safety during flight. This allows the drone to detect obstacles in all directions. When detected, the DJI Air 3 drone can use the advanced APAS 5.0 system to perform smooth avoidance manoeuvres.

The DJI Air 3 drone's medium telephoto camera provides unprecedented spatial compression when capturing subjects. This enhanced system, combined with omnidirectional obstacle sensing, lets you capture well-thought-out shots anywhere, anytime. With QuickShots, the DJI Air 3 drone can create incredibly creative camera movements, including Rocket, Dronie, Circle, Helix, Boomerang, and Asteroid. The drone supports vertical shooting in 2.7K resolution via both cameras, which gives the shots high dynamism. The vertical shot output from the 4:3 CMOS sensor creates clips optimised directly for a smartphone. So you can share your creations on social media right away without any further editing. MasterShots allows the drone to automatically perform camera movements, shoot clips and enhance them with music, effects and edits. The DJI Air 3 drone uses an advanced noise reduction algorithm, so it can handle low-light or night shots. Another great feature is the ability to shoot time-lapse footage in 4K horizontal or 2.7K vertical resolution. In HDR mode, the drone's camera can record a greater dynamic range with built-in contrast enhancement.
