This fine Don Pepe Castillo Caturra coffee comes from the Quindío region in the heart of the Colombian Andes. It is grown in high mountain conditions at an altitude of 1 380 - 1 810 m above sea level. m., which ensures slow ripening of the cherries and a complex flavour profile. The combination of Castillo and Caturra varieties brings stable quality, resistance and exceptional sensory qualities. The coffee is processed using the washed method, which enhances the purity of flavours and fresh acidity.

Don Pepe Castillo - Caturra offers an attractive palette with notes of panela (cane sugar), nuts, sugar cane and chocolate. Preparation
The coffee is 100% Arabica and is suitable for espresso, but also for alternative methods such as mocha pot or French press. Thanks to a medium-light to medium roast, it retains its fruity notes and sweet chocolate-nutty component.
To achieve the full flavour experience, we recommend adjusting the grind according to the preparation method and using water at a temperature of approximately 92 - 94 °C. The result is a balanced cup with a clean profile and a delicate aftertaste.
