Its ultra-slim 9.85cm body makes it easy to get under low furniture, while the powerful motor and suction power of up to 28,000Pa help remove dust, hair, spills and larger debris. An intelligent sensor continuously assesses the level of dirt and adjusts the suction power and water flow accordingly. During wet cleaning, the system ensures a continuous supply of clean water and rapid removal of used water, while the TangleCut™ technology reduces hair tangling on the brush. The Dreame G12 Dual combines wet and dry cleaning in a 5-in-1 design with an ultra-slim body just 9.85cm high. It easily gets under low furniture. With up to 28,000Pa of suction power, it effectively removes both dry dust and wet messes, while TangleCut™ reduces hair tangling. After cleaning, it takes care of itself with an automatic 95°C hot water wash followed by a 5-minute drying cycle with 95°C hot air. AirGuard™ Multi-Cone technology provides multi-layer filtration, and the maximum runtime is up to 65 minutes.
Ultra-slim body for cleaning even under low furniture
A height of just 9.85cm allows the G12 Dual to get into low spaces, making it easy to clean thoroughly under sofas, beds and other furniture. The slim design maintains high suction power, so tight spaces don't mean compromising on cleaning efficiency.

The powerful motor reaches up to 140,000rpm and, combined with suction power of up to 28,000Pa, it tackles even deep-seated dirt, hair and larger particles. A pressure of 20N helps maintain effective contact with the surface being cleaned, ensuring thorough dirt removal with every pass.
Detects dirt and adapts the clean
An advanced sensor continuously assesses the level of dirt and automatically adjusts the suction power and water flow as needed. Whether dealing with heavy, medium or light soiling, the appliance adapts the cleaning intensity to the current situation, helping to achieve an effective result without wasting water or energy.
Always wash with clean water
A continuous supply of clean water constantly rinses the brush, while the rapid removal of used water helps keep the floor clean without leaving significant water marks. The brush rotates at up to 480rpm and, together with powerful suction, removes dirt, hair and dirty water. In addition, TangleCut™ uses sharp blades to reduce hair tangling on the brush.
Thorough cleaning right up to both edges
The dual-sided brush design allows it to get close to edges and better remove dirt in places where standard vacuum cleaners struggle to reach. It makes it easier to clean along cabinets, by stair edges and around table legs, helping to reduce the number of spots that need to be finished by hand.
TangleCut™ for cleaning without tangled hair
The specially designed TangleCut™ squeegee combines trapping, cutting and suctioning hair during cleaning. Dense teeth first catch tangled hair, sharp blades then cut it, and powerful suction directs the resulting debris into the dustbin. This keeps the brush clear and eliminates the need for manual hair removal during cleaning.
Lower centre of gravity for more comfortable control
Placing the water tank at the bottom of the appliance lowers its centre of gravity and contributes to better weight distribution during cleaning. The result is more stable guidance and more comfortable handling, making the floor washer easier to move across the floor, even during longer cleaning sessions.
95°C for thorough washing and quick brush drying
After you've finished cleaning, simply start the automatic maintenance cycle and the G12 Dual will refresh the brush without any need for manual cleaning. The 95°C hot water helps remove stubborn dirt, and the subsequent 5-minute drying cycle with 95°C hot air reduces moisture and odour retention. This leaves the brush dry and ready for the next clean.
Bi-directional brush rotation during self-cleaning
During the self-cleaning cycle, the brush rotates alternately in both directions, which helps to loosen dirt from the bristles and also clean the inside of the cover more thoroughly. The reverse action promotes more effective removal of build-up and prepares the brush for its next use.
LED lighting reveals even hidden dust
Fine dirt can easily be missed on the floor, especially in poorly lit areas. The multi-surface brush with LED lighting helps to highlight dust and other small debris in front of the nozzle, making it easier to spot and remove during vacuuming.
