Modern Chip and High Resolution
The Fosi Audio Q6 uses a combination of the XMOS XU316, an AK4493S DAC chip, and OPA1612 + NE5532DR operational amplifiers. This setup supports playback of up to PCM 32 bit/768kHz and DSD512 via the USB input. The optical and coaxial inputs support up to 32 bit/192kHz. Thanks to its low distortion and high signal-to-noise ratio, the output is clean and accurate, even during demanding listening sessions.
