GameSir Swift Drive Controller
GameSir Swift Drive Controller
The GameSir Swift Drive wireless gamepad is used to control games on personal computers with Windows 10 and Windows 11, mobile phones with Android 11 and newer, or on Nintendo Switch game consoles. The game controller offers dual wireless connection via Bluetooth and 2.4GHz through the included USB receiver. The device supports both X-input and D-input modes and operates at a voltage of 5V with a current of up to 500mA. Its construction from durable ABS plastic with a textured surface on the grips prevents it from slipping out of your hands during long gaming sessions.
Key features of the GameSir Swift Drive controller
- Hall effect sensors prevent stick drift
- Integrated 1200mAh battery offers up to 30 hours of play on a single charge
- Two rear paddles allow for custom gaming shortcuts
- Six-axis gyroscope supports precise motion control in selected games
- Dual wireless connection uses Bluetooth 5.3 and a 2.4GHz frequency
- Three internal profiles store user settings directly in the controller's memory
Hall effect sticks
The analogue sticks use Hall effect sensors to prevent unwanted centre drift. These contactless sensors register position with precision, without any components touching each other. This prevents wear and tear on the parts and extends the life of the elements. The triggers provide feedback for precise throttle control in racing games. On the back of the controller, there are two programmable paddles. Users can assign any function or more complex keyboard shortcuts to these buttons directly in the mobile app. The settings are saved to the controller's internal memory, which can hold up to three separate profiles. This simplifies switching between different game genres without the need for repeated mapping.
Motion sensors and vibration
The built-in six-axis gyroscope supports motion control for precise aiming in supported titles. Two vibration motors create haptic feedback with adjustable vibration intensity. Players can adjust the vibration strength directly in the companion app to suit their preferences. The feedback helps you feel the on-screen action through tactile sensations. The GameSir Tuning mobile app is used for detailed customisation of all the controller's functions. In it, users can adjust the brightness and lighting effects of the LED rings around the sticks and logo. The software is also used for firmware updates, which are done wirelessly without needing to connect to a computer. A Turbo function for repeated button presses is also available.
Construction and power
The ABS plastic construction with textured grips provides a stable hold, even during long gaming sessions. The wireless connection maintains a stable signal with a response up to 10 metres away from the receiver. The asymmetrical stick layout matches the Xbox controller standard for a natural thumb position. The low weight of 275g reduces hand fatigue during prolonged use. The integrated 1200mAh lithium-ion battery provides plenty of power for operation. The controller lasts for up to 30 hours of continuous use on a single charge, depending on the vibration and lighting intensity. Charging is done via the USB-C port and takes approximately 2 hours. The included 1m cable lets you play even while charging.
