The real environment offers many opportunities for action.
San Francisco
Step out of the dark Chicago and let San Francisco together with its surroundings, the so-called Bay Area, uterrly captivate you.
Meet the main character: Marcus Holloway
Marcus is a brilliant young hacker who is disgusted with the police and the state apparatus in general. Team up with Dedsec, a notorious group of hackers, and expose the hidden dangers of ctOS 2.0, which, in the hands of corrupt corporations, is being wrongfully used to monitor and manipulate citizens on a large scale. Do whatever it takes to shut this evil down, once and for all.
A dangerous enemy
The ctOS 2.0, an advanced operating system networking city infrastructure, was introduced to several US cities in 2016. Because it uses much more sophisticated security protections, you will need to utilise your modern smartphone much more.
In the modern city, virtually everything can be controlled when hacked.
Can you find a smart solution to an ostensibly tricky situation?
New interaction options
The gameplay itself goes hand in hand with total freedom of movement. Are you fighting a group of powerful enemies by devising a ruse, or resorting to technological tricks? Or, alternatively, are you brave enough to enter a fierce shootout? The choice only yours. If you feel like it, you can even invite a friend and co-operate to get rid even of the most advanced enemy unit.
