Guzzanti GZ 4541

The Guzzanti GZ 4541 mini oven combines the function of a convection oven and an electric hob, making it ideal for smaller kitchens, holiday cottages, or student flats. The 45-litre internal capacity is designed for both baking and grilling. In addition to conventional top and bottom heating, the oven also has a true convection function for even cooking. It also includes two cast iron hotplates for cooking, which replace a conventional cooker.

Oven and hob in one

This mini oven fully replaces a conventional cooker thanks to the combination of a baking oven and two cast iron hotplates with power outputs of 1000W and 1500W. The oven itself has several heating modes – top (700W), bottom (900W) and a combination of both. To achieve evenly baked dishes, it features a Turbo function with hot air circulation, which distributes heat throughout the interior. You can continuously adjust the temperature from 45 to 250°C using the rotary dial.

Programmes and easy operation

In addition to standard baking and cooking, the Guzzanti GZ 4541 also has several specialised functions. These include a programme for making homemade yoghurt, which maintains a constant low temperature, and a function for gently defrosting food. All functions are controlled mechanically using rotary dials. You can monitor the baking process thanks to the internal light, and the 90-minute timer will let you know when the programme has finished.

Construction and easy maintenance

The oven's inner casing has an enamelled surface, which makes cleaning easy after each use. The door is made of double-walled heat-resistant glass and fitted with a silicone seal to help keep the heat inside. The baking tray is height-adjustable, allowing you to adapt the space for different-sized dishes. The internal dimensions of the oven are 25.8×43.9×40.7cm. The appliance complies with the A13 regulation, which governs efficiency and surface temperature.
