Register at www.alza.de/registration.htm, complete all billing details including VAT ID (if applicable), and e-mail us at [email protected], with your registration e-mail and request for invoice payment terms. If you're already registered, just e-mail us at [email protected] and let us know which e-mail address the account is under. We’ll get back to you once your account has been updated.
This applies to all public institutions, schools, government, municipal offices etc.
Register at www.alza.cz/registration.htm, complete all billing details including your company ID and VAT number, and send an e-mail to [email protected] from your registered address requesting to enable invoice payments with deferred terms. If you’re already registered, send us an e-mail to [email protected] to let us know the e-mail address your account is linked to. We’ll confirm once your account is set up. Then, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and start shopping.
- Select your items and preferred delivery method.
- View all payment options.
- For payment method, select "Bank Transfer". If you need to submit or confirm an order in writing, choose "Deferred Payment – Written Purchase Order".
- If your institution uses internal order numbers, please enter it in step 3 (Delivery information) in the corresponding field.
- Complete your order. If you chose "Deferred payment – Written Purchase Order", e-mail the order number and a copy of your written order to [email protected].
- "If someone other than you will collect the goods at our branch, they must be added as an authorised representative. You can add authorised users in your account settings.
Payment "Bank Transfer" means we will immediately process your order for shipment.
"Deferred Payment – Written Purchase Order" means we will reserve the items and lock in their prices. The order will then await your formal written purchase order sent to [email protected] (we do not automatically ship after order completion).
Add the desired items to your cart, select your preferred delivery method, choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment type, and complete your order. The system will generate a reference number - please e-mail this to us at [email protected]. We'll respond with a price quote as soon as possible.
