POLAR Street X is a lightweight and durable urban sports watch developed for all active users focusing on hybrid training – a combination of cardio and strength exercises. Thanks to its plastic case, the watch is lightweight and durable, weighing just 28 grams without the strap. All data is clearly legible on the 1.28-inch AMOLED display. You can change the watch face at any time or customise it with widgets. The body of the POLAR smartwatch features an integrated LED torch with white and red light. An improved optical sensor reliably measures your heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress levels and breathing rate. With 170 sports profiles and integrated GPS, it accurately tracks your activities. It lasts up to 10 days on a single charge.

The watch is made with comfortable use and high durability in mind. Housed in a durable, reinforced bio-plastic body is a 1.28-inch AMOLED display, protected by tough Gorilla Glass 3. With a resolution of 416 × 416 px, all graphics are clear and easy to read. The POLAR watch features an LED torch with a quick switch between white and red light. Everything is easy to control using the sturdy buttons or the touchscreen. You can even operate the POLAR Street X while wearing gloves. It can run for up to 10 days on a single charge. With the GPS always on, the battery life reaches up to 43 hours. You can customise the Street X smartwatch display with different watch faces or widgets. During training, you will see a special training screen that shows you only what matters.

POLAR Precision Prime optical heart rate technology measures everything you need to know. The smartwatch accurately maps your training efforts, daily activities, and your recovery. Naturally, it provides 24/7 heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation, breathing rate, and stress levels. Street X also tracks your sleep and nightly recovery to help you prevent fatigue. You will know exactly how long you slept, the quality of your sleep, and a breakdown of light, deep, and REM sleep. Based on this, the POLAR Street X watch evaluates your daily readiness for physical activity. The modern sensor also tracks skin temperature, which can detect possible signs of illness or physiological changes. Integrated breathing exercises help you manage stress, relax your mind, and unwind your body.

Street X supports more than 170 sports profiles, so you can engage in various disciplines and combine them to suit your needs. The smartwatch serves as a reliable training tool. With Training Load Pro, you can see how much your workouts are straining your body. The Recovery Pro feature helps you monitor your recovery, making it easier to balance training and rest. Runners will appreciate the running programme feature – you can choose from 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon. Based on your fitness level, the POLAR watch will select an adaptive training plan just for you. The Running Index estimates your maximum aerobic performance using heart rate and speed data from your run. POLAR Street X tracks your running effort in watts, so you can adjust the intensity. With the orthostatic test, the Street X smartwatch helps you analyse your recovery from training and everyday stress by measuring your heart rate and its variability, tracking long-term recovery, and considering mental stress, sleep, illness, and environmental changes. Swimming metrics are also available, including automatic detection of your swimming style, distance, pace, strokes, and rest time.
POLAR Street X has built-in GPS
With the smartwatch on your wrist, you can be sure of accurate step-by-step navigation. The built-in GPS with multi-satellite system support ensures reliable positioning even in busy urban areas. The Route Navigation feature lets you follow your pre-planned route directly on the watch, including clear turn-by-turn alerts. Using the Back to Start function, the POLAR Street X watch will guide you from your current position back to your starting point. An altimeter, barometer, and compass enable the watch to track changes in altitude, ascent, descent, and direction.
Practical features for everyday use
At its core, Street X is a sports watch, but it offers a range of practical features you'll appreciate in everyday use. You can use it to set alerts and alarms, control music from a paired smartphone, check weather information, or find your smartphone when it's in range. Voice guidance provides real-time audio alerts for distance, laps, goals, and heart rate zone changes, helping you stay focused during your workout.
