Setting up the colours can be difficult at first,but it's worth it ,very vibrant colours, beautiful deep black , and it's also incredible for gaming 10/10 been using it for a year and I never regretted it
Great image quality, super fast refresh rate, low latency, every game looks insane. Im upgrading from a screen that was 1080p, 144hz, 27" inch and the difference is night and day. When Samsung says, "experience life-like virtual worlds" they really mean it. So far Im very happy with the monitor.
The stand is very functional, you can set it to multiple heights and viewing angles WITHOUT having to press any buttons. You just grab the monitor firmly and move it around, then it automatically locks in place where you stop. Super user friendly.
240hz refresh rate is beautiful. Upgrading from 144hz, the difference is astoninshing. All screen movement is buttery smooth and when you open an application it beautifully glides across the screen.
Beautiful colors for gaming. 600 peak nits brightness is good. After tweaking with the picture settings, I cant believe how good games look. Colors are so bright and vivid. The best thing is how lights look in game, whenever something glows or emits light in a game its so bright and crisp. For example when you exit a cave and go in the sun you actually have to squint in real life and get used to the change in brightness. Quite realistic. And glowing neon colors look unbelievably good.
AMD Freesync Premium Pro is an incredible invention, say goodbye to stuttering and lag in games. Paired with my RX 9070 GPU, I have not ONCE experienced noticable stutters. All games run incredibly smoothly.
Honestly this monitor made me a bit better at video games. With the high refresh rate and low latency, you never lose track of enemies and its so much easier to focus on everything going on around you in crowded games. Compared to a 144hz screen, it feels like every thing is in slow motion and you have more time to react to your opponents actions because you see them sooner.
The curve is perfect, gives you a better Field of View in games and immerses you into the game world
The cyan RGB lighting is really nice, goes together with a full RGB gamer setup super well.
This monitor is for me for the price quite adequate and great and if you have a pc buy it, or if you don't have a pc it can be used as a smart TV.
Just please don't make the mistake like I did and buy a Display Port or HDMI cable because the Display Port will come with the monitor but if you want HDMI I recommend the HDMI Vention 8K which is just right for this monitor.
