I complained about the monitor because of the visible backlight on a dark screen. Four bright spots can be seen at the top, the lower part of the panel shines through. I didn't mind it when working and playing, but for movies with black bars or dark scenes, it was distracting.
They returned my monitor from the complaint with a statement:
