The monitor has an excellent picture - both the colors and the excellent balanced spectrum of the white color underlay. If you search carefully, you will find light bleeding at the bottom right. If you don't look, you won't notice anything.
Neat elegant frame (like every ultrasharp).
I have next to me Eizo EV3285 (with a price of 33 thousand) and this Dell, and if I compare the image quality, so in default settings is a little better Dell. As for the quality of the construction - I dare say it is almost the same. Eizo offers a longer warranty and brightness control according to ambient lighting. Dell supports HDCP 2.2 on DP, HDMI, USB-C, whereas Eizo only offers it on HDMI inputs.
If someone would be interested in a recommendation, is it worth paying 8000 more to buy an Eizo (and maybe for photo editing)? In fact, personally I would take this Dell.

high quality backlight with uniform representation of all colours in the spectrum (yes, I'm talking about the backlight)
perfect white balance settings (warm to really cold white)
great contrast 1300:1 (in the product description they have it wrong)
a very important parameter which is not listed in the product: HDCP 2.2 for HDMI, DP, and USB-C
