I purchased the Samsung QE65QN95B from Alza around three years ago. Overall, the TV delivers excellent picture quality, brightness, and performance, especially for HDR content and gaming. However, after only three years of normal home use, the panel has developed noticeable dark shadow patches that are fixed in the same locations on the screen. They are particularly visible during sports, bright scenes, and white or gray backgrounds, which significantly affects the viewing experience. Considering this was Samsung’s flagship Neo QLED model and a premium-priced television, I expected much better long-term panel durability. While my experience with Alza’s purchase and delivery was positive, I am disappointed with the longevity of the TV itself and expected a high-end product to last considerably longer without panel uniformity issues.
