Even when you opened the package, a beautiful, fresh scent wafted out - just what you want to smell in the morning. The beans are well roasted, with no burnt bits, and the taste is really balanced. Slightly fruity with a subtle acidity, typical of Colombian coffees, but at the same time pleasantly full-bodied with chocolate notes. Perfect for both espresso and mocha pots or filters. I ground the coffee just before brewing and the difference from the usual supermarket blends was immediately noticeable - the taste is clean, intense and without bitterness. I also appreciate the handy 250g pack, which can be used up before the coffee loses its aroma. If you're looking for quality coffee at a reasonable price, it's definitely worth a try.
