Bought today. During installation, the maximum load capacity of 9kg was found to be a lie. The arm cannot support a 7.9kg monitor. Even with maximum spring tightening, the arm still drops and is unable to support the 7.9kg weighing monitor in the upper position. The whole meaning of the high shoulder is thus meaningless. After the reviews here, I was worried about whether it would support my monitor, which according to the specs is almost 8.5kg and is an ultra-wide 34" (although the stated maximum is 32). But everything is absolutely fine, it seems to me that it could take more. Those who state that it has a low load capacity probably turned the adjusting screw on the arm the wrong way (it is the only one that turns the opposite way than one would expect). I don't even have it on max and it holds up well and even runs smoothly. A bit worse is the monitor tilt stiffness control, but it's nothing tragic.
