Really cool. True, the height can't be changed and neither can the tilt pad fixation, but I think that's the point of it, to make it work. The worst is when you have a fixed knee position of 90degrees and 90degrees of feet. Filming doesn't come easy, it scrubs, so the fixed pad doesn't move on its own unless you want it to. It's really great, I was afraid of the high price, that I'd rather put a box under my feet, which is free, but here you can change the tilt of your feet freely during the work and not have your feet always in the same fixed position. Another option is to have an el. desk, but if you don't have one and you sit all the time, this pad is great. I really recommend it and give it five stars 👍👍👍
