even with a larger TV, the cords stick out at the bottom and it is quite difficult (little space) to somehow hide (connect) them there. I recommend doing it before hanging it on the wall.
I don' t know if it' s the holder or the TV, but after hanging it, the TV is not exactly vertical, but its lower side is further from the wall than the upper side. It can probably be solved with the enclosed spacers, but I would expect the standard position to be zero, i. e. exactly parallel to the wall.
