I bought this mount for my TV, which I also bought in Alza. However, the bracket bases are so huge that they could only be fitted to a 40" TV in a single position, in which they do not have holes for mounting at the required 200mm distance, but are about 195mm. This means it can't be screwed into the TV. I asked Alza to replace it with another mount that would fit, so I sent them the TV label. And I was expecting to hear back from a guy and just pick another bracket in 30 seconds. No, no one complained, instead I get a text the next day saying they sent me the same bracket immediately. They don't even seem to want the original one back. I don't know, I don't understand how a company can operate like this. There must be some very stupid artificial intelligence in Alza, anyway, now I have two mismatched holders, which I will go back and try to arrange face to face. I really don't know how to explain it to them anymore.
The exchange for another holder in the shop was absolutely fine. The flesh-and-blood staff is great.

The description is misleading - it is not true that the holder fits 32-55 inch TVs.
The online complaint went crazy (I informed Alza that the holder didn't fit and that I would like another one that would. Nobody answered me, instead they sent the same holder the very next day). Artificial intelligence is simply not yet at a level to handle complaints.
I lost time - I had to go to Alza and explain what was going on
