On the very first trip, one side of the retractable handle got stuck inside the suitcase. The pin that's supposed to retract was bent. I had to force it back in with pliers. I'm considering making a complaint.

A great suitcase, but I was unpleasantly surprised when boarding the plane, as the handle suddenly refused to slide down; I couldn’t push it down even with force, so I had to shove it into the overhead locker with the handle still out, which got in the way of the other suitcases: D, and then even in the taxi it was a right faff to fit it all into the full boot. Back at the hotel, it slid back in again; the handle just sticks like that from time to time.
