The 3 year warranty and service was the main reason for the purchase, anything can happen, so this seems like an extra good price to me
It comes nicely packed, inside there is something like mounting foam in plastic as protection during transport, I recommend to cut it very carefully with a knife and slowly take it out, but it is really careful!
A bit more hum, but somehow you have to keep the power down, compared to a gaming NTB just as loud
