Connecting both USB sticks and HDDs causes problems - either they are not recognized by the system at all, or they get disconnected while loading files. Even an attempt to connect a 20 cm USB LED strip remained unsuccessful, even though the device was powered via power delivery. Compared to the regular unpowered USB hub I use, the functionality of this integrated HUB is unusable.

They should not advertise 100W PD because it does not work at 100W. I was looking for a nice stand I though that some charging capabilities would be nice. But it's just a USB hub. Power delivery is abysmal.
As for construction quality it's not great but it holds up well under the weight of the laptop.
