I have been using it for some time now and I am still in awe of the satisfaction. I was hesitant because of the price, but I'm really glad I bought it. A 30-kilogram dog climbs on me all the time, I swing on it a lot, I sit like a fool, but the chair doesn't mind it at all. You can adjust everything except the loincloth, but if you are exta demanding, I would take the new generation. After a long session, nothing hurts me, for gamers luxury XD. We'll see how the red leather sits in the summer.

I haven't discovered anything yet
the head and loincloth is not magnetic, so it falls down when you don't lean. But otherwise, she's fine.

Disappointed with the quality of the chair and the handling of the complaint. We purchased the AndaSeat Kaiser Series 2 Premium Gaming Chair XL Black for our twelve-year-old child. After seven months of use, a screw in the backrest broke, which had a major impact on the chair's functionality. At the same time, a seam started to come apart. For a chair in this price category, I would expect significantly higher quality and durability, especially when it was only used by a child. However, the way the complaint was handled is another story entirely. When we made the complaint, the seat was replaced with a piece that was clearly used, dirty and scuffed. I find it completely unacceptable for a customer to receive such a part as part of a complaint, instead of the original, which was clean. We therefore left the chair at the Alza branch and filed another complaint. We are still waiting for the outcome. This experience has been a great disappointment for us. Not only because of the fault, which fundamentally affected the chair's functionality after just a few months, but also because of the way the complaint has been handled so far. I would expect a much higher level of quality and customer service from a premium product and a reputable seller.

It's a great chair/chair. Many components are adjustable. It is completely safe when folded backwards. The construction looks good. Cleaning will be easy. Only two things bother me. The memory foam cushion behind the head is unnecessary, the head is too bent with it and without it, or as an optional part, it would be cheaper and better. And the lumbar pillow could easily be built into the chair, not just loose.
