Of these locks, primary version 2024 sm purchased and installed 17 pieces. 10 of them have been claimed, 8 of them repeatedly. The lock as such is a great product, it has its flies. The approach of Alza and their service is appalling, especially if it is a repeat claim. One walks away with a mockery of service and a rejected claim. The need for repeated complaints.
Alza has totally failed with this lock. It lists the 2025 version but adds 2024, the initial version where there is a lack of lubricant, the lock starts to slip after some time. So far I have had the 2024 version and have advertised 2x since it started slipping. 2x replacement with a new piece, after the second replacement the lock jammed after calibration and firmware update. Complained for the third time. My claim was rejected on the grounds that it was mechanical damage. I complained about the service statement. When I was sold at the branch, the attendant laughed at me that they rejected it, saying that I had purchased the lock a long time ago and the next claim would be rejected. So we are waiting for the service to comment.

One of the reviews here mentions that it cannot be used for apartment doors without a handle on the outside. But this is not true, in the settings you need to turn on a function that turns the key after unlocking. I use it on this type of door myself.

I previously had a Lockin G30 and switched to this, visually very similar lock. And the differences are huge. Actually, all of the listed pluses are things the previous lock couldn't do.
I have been using it for a week, so far it works as expected and without any problems.
Mechanically all ok, but I spent half a day adding the device to the Aqara home app. The QR code placed on the device could not be loaded at all, nor could it be inserted manually. Finally after about 15 attempts it succeeded, I have no idea what it was.
