It was supposed to be used with a butterfly valve, but it can't. The valve in the photo cannot be used - the valve is too large for this device and therefore cannot be mounted so that it is above the centre of the valve.
For me, a long-awaited product with the ability to shut off water in the event of an emergency that can be easily integrated into Apple Home. Unfortunately, I don't know how much I can rely on the solution, because after a few days it was offline and I had to reconnect it. If there was a leak at this point, it would be a problem.
This is generally a problem with Aqara products, if they work it's great, but then suddenly they start disconnecting and reconnecting and no one knows why. I have around 50 elements from Aqara in my home and experience in 2 years of operation.
