Astral cards probably have binned chips, each easily reaches 3GHz+, have lower power consumption than other 5090s and can be undervolted (depends on the chip, mine is stable at 2.7GHz at only 910mV)

Consumption: 575 ~ 602 watts. When undervolted (925mv,2725mhz) it went to 420 ~ 460watts, lost around 2~3fps from the original performance.
