The packaging and the product itself is of a good standard, just unfortunately it doesn't work as you would expect.

Easy handling
I confirm the non-functionality as described by other customers. The disk is disconnected during the transfer. The transmission is always interrupted and you have to restart.
M.2 drive function untested.
If you only need the M.2 variant, I recommend the smaller variant of the device, which works without problems.
Very short connection cable.
The connecting cable is pretty hard, I don't know how long it would last if you wanted to bend it, like when cleaning.
Copying computer to external is terribly slow in this case. Although in my opinion it should be at a decent level USB 3 does not have such a bad data flow, in reality it is weak
What's even worse, whatever disk I plug in is unstable, it runs for an hour, then disconnects, reconnects a few minutes later, and this goes on all day. Basically, it effectively thwarts standard disk handling.
When connected to a computer with a 10 gigabit cable, it shows read and write speeds in the region of 1 gigabyte per second on NVMe drives, which is very good. But! Dramatically low cloning rate. It took several hours to clone a two-terabyte SATA drive to NVMe, which is one-third full. However, the NVMe drive with the Axagon heatsink installed warmed up well. Additional fan cooling was required. The niche for the NVMe disk with the heatsink had to be widened, otherwise the heatsink mounting screws did not allow to insert the disk, which of course leads to loss of warranty.

Axagon's heatsinks for NVMe drives do not allow the drive to be inserted into Axagon's cloner. The design is not sophisticated
