I bought a total of 2pcs. When connected to USB-C, it disconnects spontaneously after a while of work. Sometimes it connects/disconnects every 2s. Reading/writing (when it has been working for a while) takes place at 250-350MB/s.
Connecting to USB-A (3.2 gen 1) runs reliably at 30-38MB/s. I have tried different cables, different machines and ssd with the same result. It can be used as a fallback, but not for serious work under load.
