The Ryzen 9 cools without any problems under maximum load, and I set it to Quiet mode from the start. It is really quiet in idle state or under medium load. At high load, of course, it hums, but that's normal. I am satisfied!
Easy installation
Two basic speed control modes directly on the fan
Great cooling
Quiet
Beautiful design

After bad experiences with the installation and noise of water cooling, I decided to trust my increasingly popular brand Be quiet! and equip your new Intel Core i7-14700KF processor with this cooler. Installation is easy, with the 1700 socket you just need to add a classic frame, which fortunately does not need to be glued from the back and holds only screws. It can be a problem to fit a cooler in a smaller box, however I have a larger one and it almost disappears there. And even though it reaches through the RAM, it leaves enough space for it underneath. Thus, when building, I recommend not to make the mistake of installing the heatsink before the RAMs - nonsense, but it can happen. What impressed me was the noise level, or rather how the cooler is beautifully quiet. When running without load, it is really almost inaudible, on silent mode (switchable by hardware directly on the cooler) even under load one slowly does not know that it is running. And while it can spin and puff in performance mode, it's still easily drowned out by case or graphics card fans. I'm very sensitive to noise, and that's why I bought this cooler in the first place, so I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't just a marketing ploy. Someone complained in the reviews about "melusine", which scared me and almost discouraged me from buying - what the person in question apparently heard is a really weak and slight airflow, which is only noticeable when you open the box and almost press your ear to the radiator, otherwise not at all. As far as temperatures go, it has its work cut out there to keep something as hellish as my processor, which is notorious for high and hard to tame temperatures. And even though the temperature occasionally creeps up to the upper 80s, I still feel confident that the cooler will handle it and not let it go any further. So far great satisfaction, the cooler has exceeded expectations and if I do not decide to eventually give a second chance to the water cooler, of course from the same brand, I will definitely let it do its job. Hopefully, he'll keep doing what he's doing.
Real quiet.
It will also cool a 14th generation Intel processor.
Leaves room for RAM underneath.
Easy installation.
Not suitable for smaller boxes.

Huge, I had to replace it with the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 240 Pro Black, which works great so far.
Probably quality.

I would expect low noise from something called "be quiet". Unfortunately, this thing huffs like a melusine, the main fan runs at 100% regardless of temperature. Ryzen 9 9950 can handle at max. the power to keep cool just barely.
It's really quiet
Quite noisy
The main fan (the one on the outside of the heatsink) is still running at 100% speed, even when the load is minimal

Just a blast.
Easy to assemble
The silence even at maximum CPU clock speeds
Incredibly efficient for a 105W TDP CPU
Excellent performance for a Ryzen 7 5800X, no problem to maintain maximum clock speed
I can imagine support for AM6 as well, as the mounting is simple
Higher RAM will fit under it
Two modes (silent and power)
No RGB
Still plenty of room in the Fractal Design Define R5
Absolutely comparable to NOCTUA at a lower price
