It's a great vacuum cleaner, I'm really happy with it. Installation was quick and mapping the flat went without any major problems. I read in reviews that the app could be better, but it seems fine to me, although I'm not personally familiar with the Chinese competition, so I don't really have anything to compare it with. We bought this vacuum cleaner recently and after the very first try, I have to say it's a huge help around the house – it vacuums and mops brilliantly (even in the corners). What I'm most pleased about is that it also cleans and dries itself in the station, so you don't have to spend a ridiculous amount of time on maintenance like with other robot vacuums we've tried. It moves around the room systematically, not chaotically like our last robot. I'm not usually a fan of smart homes and apps for controlling appliances, but in this case, it's quite intuitive and easy to get used to. You just need to take that first step and have a little play around with the app/settings. And it speaks Czech, which is great. The vacuum cleaner looks very nice and really stands out in our home. At first glance, it seems to be of high quality and, what's more, Bosch is a trusted brand, so I believe getting any spare parts won't be a problem. So far, the only downsides I see are the relatively expensive bags and filters for the station (we'll see how long one lasts) and the fact that some functions can only be started via the app.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. The cleaning itself works well and the biggest advantage for me is the automatic station. The robot empties itself, washes its mops and then dries them, so there's not much work involved with it. The navigation works well and it moves around the flat without any problems. What does bother me, though, are a few unpolished details that I wouldn't expect from a product in this price range. The biggest weakness, in my opinion, is Home Connect. For example, the vacuum cleaner also scanned my terrace, but you can't simply delete a part of the created map, so I had to solve it with a virtual boundary. It's similar with spot cleaning. You can start a quick local clean with the button directly on the vacuum cleaner, but only dry vacuuming. If I want to pre-moisten the mops and also mop the area, I have to do it through my phone. But it's precisely for a quick local clean that I would appreciate the option to bypass the app. As for the station, I miss having continuous information about the amount of clean water; the notification only comes when the level is critically low. I would also prefer to set the mop washing interval based on the area mopped rather than by time. Moreover, the actual suction of dirt from the robot into the bag is really noisy, but luckily it only lasts for a moment. I recommend using the new non-foaming Bosch cleaning agent straight away. Without it, the waste container can start to smell like a small biological experiment after a while. With the agent, it's significantly better. So, the vacuum cleaner does its main job well and the automatic station is very convenient. It's just a shame that mainly the software and some of the control details don't feel as polished as the hardware. For such an expensive product, I would expect a slightly more refined user experience.
