I've had Bosch machines for years and even the lowest end of the brand can get a lot of work done. But what puzzled me is the fact that the goods were supposed to be unpacked and I received used goods, the suitcase dirty with mud. I don't understand that Alza does not have an input control of returned goods and the person who dispatches the goods again is such a phlegmatic creature that he dispatches such goods with the calmness of an Englishman. I am therefore very disappointed, considering the condition the discount is negligible, not to mention that the competition offers the same machine brand new for a lower price! 😡
