Last time I buy something from bose. This was the worst experience I had with a pair of headphones.
The firmware is poorly programmed. The buds keep disconnecting from the device, so every now and then I needed to pair them again. And well they dont simply pair again. You need to reset the phone and all connections it had. It’s been three years since I have these headphones and the right ear just died (and they were all cared very well).
I have bose devices that are 10years old (QC15), never ever had a single problem and still working well. Something happened at bose recently which made turned them from one of the best audio companies to release a bunch of shit devices one after another.

ANC is comparable to the previous ANC king Sony WH-1000XM3/4. I have both, so I can compare. I didn't expect such attenuation from earbuds despite the positive feedback, but my jaw dropped when I put them on in the store when the ambient noise was attenuated to 17.4%. Of course higher frequencies dampen worse, but that's a limit of physics, not the product. But they are really malfunctioning, see the negatives.

So far probably the worst headphones I could buy for that price. Reliability = 0. I purchased these on 09/2023 and they were already on warranty for the second time because they were not connecting to my phone and overall functionality. The first time they accepted the claim, the second time the defect did not manifest itself so to speak, but they came functional. Interesting. Always solved by repair. For this money I would expect a different quality.

worked really well the first six months or so. then slowly the sound got weaker and weaker. i cleaned them properly, still the same problem. i read that many people have the same issue and Bose does not fix it. when i call someone you can barely hear them. i would not buy anything from Bose again their quality control and support is non existent. i ended up with a nothing ear a model and am pleased with it, strong sound for music and calls.

We had the Sony WF-1000XM4, which are sonically incredible, but the Bose outclasses them by a level. ANC is also better with Bose, BUT.! All headphones with ANC on have a problem with headwinds. Sony can filter it out in software, or you can turn off ANC, but neither is possible with Bose.
The touch control can be partially personalized, the touch surfaces are very sensitive, so there is no problem to inadvertently stop the playback, skip to another song, etc.
It's possible that Bose will fix the ailments in future updates, and then these will be incredible headphones.
Looking for headphones for the office and want great sound? I recommend it.
Do you want headphones for commuting, running or walking? Then you'd better look elsewhere, because wind interference is about right.

They don't sit very well in the ears. (Maybe I have specific ears). After a short time, it will be released from the ears and with it the ANC will cease to be effective. At the gym I have to fixate on my ears every minute - it's very annoying. I even dropped my earpiece a couple of times. I'll play around with other sizes of rubber extensions, but I don't think that will help. Problem when connecting multiple devices. Sometimes it wants a reset. Once I couldn't do anything with them for an hour. They've been connecting as they should the last few days, so we'll see. They can be a little tricky to get out of the box and I dropped them once while pulling them out.
