We replaced our toaster at home with a 20+ year old Moulinex that had a stop button that stopped working. The new Braun toaster toasts evenly and can be used not only for toasted bread, but also for regular bread where the slice needs to be cut in half or the whole slice needs to be turned in half so that the protruding part is also toasted. I also tried to toast rolls and buns (2 slices in height, i.e. 3 pieces) and the toaster toasted them nicely, only the rolls need to be removed immediately after toasting so that they do not burn very quickly on the edges.
