We'll see how long it lasts, it's our first pan of this type. We learnt how to use it in one afternoon. We hope that with the right "operation" it will serve for generations. We hope it's a truly fair investment. I'm attaching photos after a botched but fully functional seasoning and use. Just for your information - after I finished cooking, it only needed wiping with a kitchen paper towel. Before putting it away. Dry to the touch, protected from corrosion by a layer of seasoned oil, and the cooking surface visually looks closer to a stainless steel pan. No soap and water, ready for the next batch of pancakes even faster!
Made excellent pancakes on the first try.
Technically, there's no danger when making pancakes – the handle doesn't get hot, I can flip it quickly with my bare hands.
Looks nice, works, and should last a lifetime, reasonable price
Rubber button on the handle – most likely heat-resistant, it survived a whole hour in the oven at 200 – personal preference
The logo stamped into the steel in the centre of the pan can complicate the seasoning process - it took me two attempts - a personal experience, the operation was "slightly stressful" - after seasoning, the logo is practically gone.
As with all "traditional" tools, it requires patience and a lack of stress, and above all, plenty of time, even in these "modern" times.

The designer should be hit over the head with this pan for the logo engraved on the food contact surface, maybe that would knock some sense into them.

Dala bych této pánvi zero, ale nemám tu takový výběr. Je to naprosto příšerní zboží. Mám dvě pánvi z nerezu, a vím jak se musím k ní chovat. Ale tato pánev... Půjde do popelnice
