Top-quality coffee that has stood the test of time. I’ve been buying it for a year now and it’s still excellent quality; I enjoy the taste every day. Despite its dark roast, it retains a wealth of flavours and is suitable both as a black coffee and for making coffees with milk foam. In the summer months, we like to drink it with tonic and lemon. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but it’s certainly worth a try, and if you like Italian coffee, you should definitely give it a go. The advantage is that the coffee at Alza is often very fresh and has been roasted just the right amount of time ago. I.e. 3–6 months.
