Despite ignoring the whole situation by the customer service department, I had no choice but to return the goods before the end of the 14 days. They contacted me afterwards saying that it was solved for them after the return. The goods were out of stock, so I was left without a fan. I bought again a few days ago (before this season). And the unwrapped piece arrived again. Box cover torn, protective elements frayed. The ear broke off after a few meters after picking it up from the box. At home, after opening the lid, the packaging of the wrapped parts was obviously damaged, even the manual was "peeled". I immediately contacted them, sent them photos (supposedly it will be sent immediately to the complaint/complaint department). No follow-up contact, no response to email. By phone. a colleague of the girl tried to tell me how she was dealing with it, she was going through the camera records and would contact me by the next day (today) at the latest. Lol, according to him, a female employee from the customer service and GDPR laws has access to search the CCTV footage. Besides, what would she find out? So again, a game to buy time. All I want is for someone to arrange for a new, unwrapped piece to be sent and picked up. But I guess they'll play the same as last year. Ear wiped, I'll have to pay for a taxi at my own expense for the return. Already now I had to pay more for the goods than before and even more costs. Beware of the condition in which the goods will be delivered. If the protective parts are shattered, it's clear. If you open the lid and the protective packaging underneath is torn, wrinkled, it's clear. I am disgusted by this insolence to pass off unpacked/used/ or returned goods as new. And the customer service department will just lie to you and buy time and not get back to you. 2x purchased the same goods, 2x sent unpacked/used and 2x ignored and lied to by the customer service department. You just want to receive what you paid for, but that's probably a problem for the alza. sad. I'll try calling the COI on Monday. This is simply not an accident, but it is probably a common practice for alza (to pass off unpacked or used goods and pass them off as new and unpacked).
