I already have 4 products from Dyson and I was really looking forward to this one. Unfortunately, it's a huge disappointment. The hair gets terribly electric after using the flat iron. Mostly after using it dry or with cold air, which should in turn fix the hairstyle. Electrification persists after use. I wanted to address this with customer care service, I sent them a video and photos on two platforms, but no one responded (which according to Dyson reviews is a common problem). Another thing I rate negatively is the packaging. The iron costs over 12 grand, but you don't even get a regular cloth bag for it, let alone a carrying case or scratch protection. After using the flat iron, the hair is bald and separates into strands by the next day. The arms of the straightener open very little, which makes it quite difficult to manipulate the hair on the back of the head. In addition, the illustration photos do not show the huge plug, which is an incredible 15 cm in height. It's supposedly because of surge protection, however if you have a shelf or anything else under the socket you can't get it in there. I return with disappointment.
