The treble drivers are very soft, the mid-bass drivers have a really soft suspension and thanks to that they can deliver the bass component nicely. If you use them like I do to a laptop (PC) don't take off the covers because the bassreflexes blow really hard. I am satisfied beyond measure. After connecting an external subwoofer, the sound is incredible as the speakers switch to satellite mode and leave the bass on the subwoofer. I play them from my laptop via FiiO K11, zero noise and better quality.
