I've had the strap for about two weeks on my Instinct 2X watch. I use it every day (casual wear, running, working out, swimming) and no problem with the strap falling off as someone wrote here. Maybe the only minus is that the strap is hard and pushes at first, but that's more because I wear the watch very tight.
