I bought based on my excellent experience with this brand, I have been using the first one for over 15 years. There was a need to have two hardnesses of ink to use at the same time, hence the purchase of the second one. Unfortunately the first one was "jammed" very hard to press the button to eject the ink and just as hard to impossible to insert the metal pencil tip, a great feature for carrying in your pocket. After the complaint, I bought a second one. It can be squeezed well, but the ink comes out completely when the pencil tip is down, in the horizontal direction it sticks out relatively fine, although proportionally enough about 3 to 4 mm. Maybe it will get better and it will get better, but either way, disappointing for me.
