It's a case, and as far as protection goes, it works very well (with my clumsiness, I can really confirm this), even though it doesn't have any reinforced layer of material around the corners and edges. What really disappointed me is the UV protection, which is exactly why I chose this case. I don't know if I spend too much time outdoors, if I'm one of the few people who use the same case for half a year, or if I misunderstood how the "UV protection" works from the photos and product description, but I have to say that the case has simply turned yellow over time, as if it had no "UV protection" at all and was just an ordinary TPU case. At this price, it doesn't really bother me, but I'm deliberately giving it a lower rating so that it might reach someone who also wants to buy the case believing it won't go yellow.
I'm adding a photo comparing it to white printer paper.

Decent, simple design
Protects well enough
The "UV protection" doesn't really work.
