I bought this product 4 times for my family, each for a bike. Unfortunately, within a short while, two products broke off. The plastics as such are not a problem, but the sleeve has "hinges" that just don't hold anything at all. I tightened the first tag properly and then it was enough to just hit the tag and the sleeve in the hinges would break. So I didn't get the second tag to "blood" and the hinges didn't last as well. So the product is good, but changing it every two months sucks. Which I'm sorry about.

I already have 2 pcs. After some time it starts beeping (unfortunately the manual does not describe what the beeping means). You always have to unmount from the bike delete from the app reset and re-pair then it works again some time.
Apparently this is not a defect of the piece, but a feature of both pieces I have that "jam". It has happened to me 3 times that it started beeping like this at night. It's annoying and can't be turned off without unscrewing and removing the battery.
The batteries there are full in the app you can see the status.
