Fluorescent in Czech means luminous. Here, however, it is only a transparent filament, which certainly does not meet what is in the description of the goods. So if you're looking for a material that looks like blue by day and glows blue at night, you need to look elsewhere.
I would appreciate it if Alza would edit the descriptions of these items so as not to mislead their customers. After waiting 3 days for delivery to Alzabox, this is a big disappointment.
