super top performance, handles all new 2025/2026 games perfectly fine in 4K with DLSS on top settings, so a good investment for the future where the card will probably only be limited by 16GB VRAM

The fans make a strange sound when they stop. The noise might be a consequence of the way the fans are designed to stop. Gigabyte may be using a method called "power braking" where the fan's motor is actively slowed down to prevent it from spinning freely and potentially making noise as it coasts to a stop.
